• Training Fees: Payments made for compliance training sessions are generally non‑refundable.

• Cancellations: If you cancel before the scheduled session, you may reschedule at no extra cost.

• Refunds (Exceptional Cases): Refunds may be considered only if a session is cancelled by us or due to technical issues preventing delivery.

• Process: To request a refund or reschedule, contact us at labourcodes.online@gmail.com.

• Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via Razorpay.
