Refund & Cancellation Policy

Training Fees: Payments made for compliance training sessions are generally non‑refundable.

Cancellations: If you cancel before the scheduled session, you may reschedule at no extra cost.

Refunds (Exceptional Cases): Refunds may be considered only if a session is cancelled by us or due to technical issues preventing delivery.

Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via Razorpay.
